Maintenance and Pro-Tips

• Cleaning the Finish: The iridescent coating is an electroplated finish. To prevent it from peeling or dulling, do not soak the outside of the pipe in harsh cleaners. Use only warm water and a soft cloth for the exterior; keep the isopropyl alcohol and salt on the inside only.
• Water Levels: Because of the compact "bubble" chambers, the water level is key. Fill it just enough to cover the percolator slits; overfilling can lead to "splashback" (water hitting your lips) due to the short neck.
